Toba Marine Terminal (鳥羽マリンターミナル) is a waterfront complex combining a fresh seafood market, restaurants, ferry terminal, and observation deck overlooking Toba Bay. The market (海鮮市場) sells live and fresh seafood harvested from Ise-Shima waters: abalone, turban shells, spiny lobster (Ise-ebi), oysters, and seasonal fish. Vendors offer free samples of grilled shellfish and dried seafood, and visitors can purchase seafood to eat on-site or have shipped home (flash-frozen for travel).

The terminal's second floor houses seafood restaurants serving donburi (rice bowls topped with sashimi, ¥1,500–2,500), grilled fish sets, and seafood hot pot. The rooftop observation deck provides panoramic views of Toba Bay, Mikimoto Pearl Island, and the bay's pearl farm rafts. The terminal serves as the ferry departure point for Toba Bay cruises and Iruka Island (dolphin encounters), making it a practical starting point for exploring Toba's marine attractions.
